Accounts Receivable and Insurance Billing: We have two staff individuals to assist customers with any questions regarding their accounts. They can be reached five days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The customer can be assured that their privacy will be the utmost priority when discussing any claims and concerns. Customers can be confident that their best interest will be upheld as a result of the 20 years billing experience that Morgan Medical Equipment & Supply has to offer.
Certified Fitters: Two Certified Mastectomy Fitters are available for fitting mastectomy products Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Delivery Service: We guarantee friendly and efficient free and timely delivery of equipment to all customers in Northeastern Colorado. Customers in Northeastern Colorado who are unable to get out due to illness or lack of transportation can receive most products within a 24 hour period of time of placing the order with us. We also offer mailing services when needed.
Customer Service: Morgan Medical Equipment & Supply’s trained customer service representatives including Mastectomy Fitters who are available to evaluate your needs, answer your questions, address your concerns, and work with your doctor and insurance company. Respiratory Therapists and Oxygen professionals make regular home visits to inspect equipment for quality.
Repair: Our Repair Technicians can assemble and repair most of our home medical equipment. Ask about loaner products while you equipment is being repaired.
